Are you authorized for “Paintless Dent Removal” (PDR)?

Will you work directly with my insurance company?

3D Collision Centers works with all vehicle insurance companies and we are a Direct Repair Partner (DRP) with many of them.

How do you handle non-insurance repairs?

3D Collision Centers can handle direct customer repairs.

We accept Credit Cards, Personal Checks, Bank Checks, and Cash payments.

Do I need an appointment to get an estimate?

No, you can certainly walk-in anytime for an estimate.

However, if you call to schedule an appointment we will make sure one of our licensed estimators is available and ready for you when you arrive. It takes about 20 minutes to complete an estimate as we will review the damaged area(s), take pictures of the damage, enter your vehicle information in the computer, calculate labor costs & part prices, and print out a complete repair estimate for you.

Are estimates free?

Yes. 3D Collision Centers never charges for an estimate.

Will I have to pay a deductible?

If the accident was your fault you are responsible for paying the insurance policy deductible.

Your deductible payment is due when you pick up your vehicle. If your vehicle was struck by another insured driver, and the other driver was deemed at fault, then that driver’s insurance will pay the entire cost of repairs and no deductible will be due from you. If you were in an accident where it cannot be determined whose fault it was (no fault accident) then your insurance company might waive your deductible.

Can I drop off my vehicle for an estimate?

Absolutely!

3D Collision Centers offers complimentary pickup and delivery service.

Let us know in advance and we will arrange to give you a ride to/from home or work.

How quickly will you repair my vehicle?

Depending on the severity of the damage, your vehicle could be repaired as soon as 1-2 days.

However, most major claims take an average of 2 weeks depending upon the availability of parts and potential hidden damage which requires the insurance company to approve the supplemental repairs. The length of time required to repair your vehicle will be discussed with you when we do your estimate.

Can I drop off my car off the night before?

Yes, whatever is most convenient for you.

You can drop off the vehicle anytime the day before during business hours or use our convenient Drop Box after hours. Envelopes and pens are available so that you can provide the necessary information about your vehicle and any special instructions that you may have.

How can I get an update on the progress of the repairs to my vehicle?

3D can email or text you updates as your vehicle goes through the repair process.

Our Customer Service Representatives will also contact you by phone. We will ask you when you drop off your vehicle how you prefer we communicate with you. You can also call the office anytime to request information.

Will my vehicle be restored to as-new condition?

3D Collision Centers utilizes a multi-step paint process that results in a quality paint finish that meets or exceeds the original manufacturer’s specifications.

3D invests in state-of-the-art paint matching and mixing equipment providing us with unsurpassed paint quality and tinting capabilities.

Are 3D’s Collision Centers repairs guaranteed?

Yes! 100%!

All of the repairs completed by 3D Collision Centers are guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. That includes parts, paint, and materials. Upon completion of the repairs, you will receive an itemized list of the repairs done to your vehicle. We electronically store all information related to the repair so there is never an issue regarding a covered repair.

That is our “HASSLE-FREE” Policy!

Why should I complete the customer survey?

We truly care about you the customer and want to make your unpleasant experience of having your vehicle damaged feel less stressful by providing you with a seamless and pleasant repair experience.

Therefore, it is very important for us to know if we achieved our goal of making you a completely satisfied customer. Additionally, the insurance company wants to know how your experience was so your customer survey responses are important to them as well.

Do you provide a rental car?

Absolutely, there are several companies we work with on a daily basis that we can recommend.

Please let us know you need assistance with a rental car when you schedule your vehicle repairs. Many rental companies will meet you here at 3D Collision Centers when you drop off your vehicle for repairs. Most will also allow you to leave the rental car at our shop on that happy day when we return your repaired vehicle to you.
