Last month, approximately twenty-five 10th, 11th and 12th Graders from Central Montco Technical School toured 3D Collision Center’s 30,000 square foot facility in Conshohocken, PA. The idea of this trip was to promote post-secondary education in the Auto Body and Collision Industry. Owner, Dave Niestroy, gave a personal tour and spoke to the students about how 3D technicians have all of the most advanced knowledge and training required to perform repairs for the ultimate benefit of their customers. He also stressed that quality work is a result of the the highly skilled, experienced and forward thinking technicians who currently work at all of his 7 locations.
Pedro Juarez, 3D Conshohocken Location Leader, also placed a strong emphasis on the need for the students to have the necessary certifications and credentials to become successful professionals in the field. He mentioned that attention to detail and the need for great work ethic were two other major points of great importance for 3D employees.
Lee Kope, the Automotive Training Center (ATC) Senior Admissions Representative led the group of students and had a rave review of their tour; “The facility in Conshohocken was absolutely amazing. What a tremendous, clean, large and beautiful, state-of-the-art shop. Dave and Pedro had a very professional demeanor and positive interactions with the students.” Lee was thankful for the private tour and mentioned; “I am sure that we will have positively influenced young men and women who will have future careers in the Collision Repair Industry. I can tell you that I was thoroughly impressed.”
The Conshohocken location is one of the 3D Collision Center’s most recent ventures and is a prime example of Dave Niestroy’s visionary ideas. Dave’s dream to build the “collision center of the future” has come to fruition in 2017. 3D Collision Centers welcomes other interested students or individuals to visit the new building.
